ABOUT ENTERPRISE IRELAND:

Enterprise Ireland (EI) is the government organisation responsible for the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world markets. EI in partnership with Irish enterprises to help them start, grow, innovate and win export sales in global markets. In this way, EI supports sustainable economic growth, regional development and secure employment.

Enterprise Ireland’s priority is the achievement of export sales growth from Irish-owned companies. Export sales growth leads to an increase in demand for Irish goods and services, and increases the flow of income into the Irish economy. This is fundamental to job creation and maintenance in Ireland.

Enterprise Ireland works with entrepreneurs and business people across the full business development spectrum – from early-stage entrepreneurs, to established business owners and Irish multinational companies. EI offers a range of services comprising of areas including funding, export assistance, connection and introduction to customers in key international markets.

ENTERPRISE IRELAND OUTLINES STRATEGIC PRIORITIES FOR 2021:

EI released its strategic document for 2021 highlighting set targets, strategic objectives and identifying key priorities as follows – strengthening Irish enterprise in response to COVID-19 and Brexit; driving transformational change, accelerating the pace of innovation, digitalization and transition to a low carbon economy; growing the export start-up base.
